John Zorn’s label, Tzadik, will be releasing the twelfth volume in the 50th Birthday series. On this volume, it is Painkiller With Mike Patton on Vocals!

    Couldn’t find info on the Tzadik site. When you say Painkiller are you referring to Judas Priest’s Painkiller? I would love to hear him sing that one! I think he can compete with the Metal God (Rob Halford).

    No, Painkiller was a collaboration between John Zorn, Bill Laswell & Hamid Drake and Patton occasionally appeared as a guest.

    having difficulty finding release date. tzadik website only offers “upcoming” status… nothing @ cdnow, amazon, etc.

    anybody????
