What a load of shit!
All I want is a yellow t shirt with the album cover on! And whats with the hairnets! I think itd be really sad playing in front of a crowd wearing replica hairnets!! It looks ridiculous on Patton anyway!
The binoculors – “I’ll just get my Peepeing Tom binoculors out to look at the chick across the road he-he, he-he”
Is anyone that sad??
Anyone with any sense would be using a digital cam with a 12x zoom feature.
Two guys in a bar
Peter – “Hey, why you wearing that hairnet?”
John – ” I’m a Peeping Tom fan and their singer wears one”
Peter – “Riiiiiiiiiight……..ok”

Best concert or band merchandise I ever bought was the black Mr. Bungle T-shirt with the clown on the front and WB on the sleeve.
I have all the others but I can’t find that one. Wish I could find it online, anyone have any ideas shoot a reply pls.

August 27th, 2006 at 7:55 PM
seriously.. what the hell?
anyone who buys this crap (hairnet/binoculars) really needs to get a psychological examination.
August 28th, 2006 at 1:00 AM
maybe he is dressing how he thinks a ‘peeping tom’ would dress, (albeit a seedy mexican one!), IT IS A CHARACTER. any that thinks patton takes himself THAT seriously must have missed a lot of jokes along the way.
August 28th, 2006 at 5:44 AM
Lol!!, i agree yo mama
August 28th, 2006 at 11:09 AM
I might get the mouse mat, hehe. I need a new one…
August 28th, 2006 at 1:34 PM
I’m sure you need a new hairnet as well. And new binoculars too.
August 28th, 2006 at 3:17 PM
I actually think the binoculars are kinda cool hahaha and quite an appropriate merch product hence the name peeping tom
August 28th, 2006 at 7:34 PM
what happened to Patton? is he behind all this crap? or is Greg Werckman trying to whore him out? Patton tried to get away from the cult of personality all those years, never letting anyone pigeon-hold him, now he is just selling his soul. Why not sell Patton Hair Gel with comb too, maybe put the Peeping Tom logo all over it. —sweet christ
August 29th, 2006 at 2:33 AM
Hmmm I need a new hairnet actually.
August 29th, 2006 at 4:05 AM
No you don’t need it Mark hahaha (p.s. what’s with your mail??)
August 29th, 2006 at 5:10 AM

August 29th, 2006 at 10:34 PM
yes I know that, in fact he is single since 2001. go girls!! hahaha (well mark, you are some hard working man, I understand…..)
August 30th, 2006 at 4:42 AM

August 30th, 2006 at 6:27 AM

August 30th, 2006 at 5:12 PM

I really can’t believe that the joke has been lost on so many people. Mike Patton thrives on irony and sarcasm. If people don’t get the joke of the hairnet how many other jokes have they missed along the way.
September 1st, 2006 at 8:39 AM
I agree with Craig. Its a collectable. I don’t think the intention is to go out wearing the fucker.
September 1st, 2006 at 9:37 AM
I don`t believe Patton is making a lot of money by selling hairnets and mousepads. Thus, there`s no need to accuse him of selling out and mr. bungle had some weird merchandise as well, like bubble bath.
September 1st, 2006 at 7:15 PM
hey, I’m just trying to make sure no one else buys them, so I can buy them all and sell them for ridiculous prices in 10 years. MWAHAHAHA!
September 2nd, 2006 at 8:51 AM
I know its a joke but they must assume there is a market however small to produce these items other wise it will be just throwing money away. And I’m saying you are a sad twat if you buy a hairnet or binocculors. Even if there collectable?
My question is…
WHY?!
WHY?!
WHY?!

Hey Adam:
Thx, that’s the one, all the other websites I went to had some copies without the militant
WB on the sleeves, deffinatly street copies. And to think it was at http://www.mrbungle.com………. I laughed my ass off when I saw that. Ordered 4 of them for that price, will see if they’re the real thing when I recieve them.
All you guys are rediculous with your handrigging on the morals and ethics of Patton. But it makes for great entertainment.
Disco Volante forever…..sheesh……… friends are distancing themselves, starting to think they’re right.

Sadly, it seems to be true Patredux, long ago u could come here and speak (or write if u want) about music, i come here everytime i can since a long time ago, and i fell here cuz i wanted to know more things about the musicians i like, the first years were great, every fukin topic was an interesting notice, but lately this place is becomin really weird and repetitive, i mean u all know that we are here cuz we like some of the Patton`s music, but we came here called for music, not for things like what this guy has to say all the time, neither to know about an stupid hairnet that u can buy to fell like wut?? something funny??, Patton himself??…..
I have counted like the 20 last topics and most of them are about what Patton said or did, wut da bloddy hell is going on??, i want to know more about Spruance and about Puffy and Billy, all of them, their actual musical situation, at least to know that they are breathing, planning something new, watever!!
This place is missing the way, ethics and morals doesn`t belong here, even if i agree with someone, wake up!!, let`s talk about damn music!!

Come on Star A, don’t be sad! It’s still a giggle!
September 8th, 2006 at 3:25 AM
Ok Starman – I heard Secret Chiefs 3′s Book of….something – really liked it – ok I might be way behind the times here, but it’s fresh to me. Parts should be used for film soundtracks for sure.
September 8th, 2006 at 6:09 AM
Book of horizonts, yeah, it´s a great disc. For some reason, at least to me, it´s quite, Really quite different from Mr. Bungle stuff, if you compare it with and older one (f.e eyes of flesh, eyes of flame), it´s very limited but you should give a try to hear the disc from a live concert, there´s a few on emule, actually the only place where i could find SC3 live, and it´s beautiful, with all this thing about Patton being the only rock-star around here, i came to wonder, what is Trey up to this days…… the star man is right, i would love to know more lately about him and SC3, and off course more about Roddy and the others, by any chance we will have to wait for a topic wich says “ex FNM musician is dead” to the rest realize what we are talkin about?
September 8th, 2006 at 6:28 AM
Hahaha – good point Rad. Yeah I’m definitley gonna check out more SC3 – it’s sounding much fresher than say Fantomas and Peeping Tom at the moment, and with Bungle dead it’s nice to hear some of those elements in their music. The way they move from Indian sitar playing to heavy rock to Morricone sounding stuff is very seemless. I’m surprised actually Trevor Dunn isn’t up for playing with them – maybe it’s to do with that whole Bungle bitching.
September 8th, 2006 at 12:08 PM
Well as I’ve said on another post I only got back into the whole Patton thing a couple of years ago so willl someone explain to me why Bungle split up and what were they bitching about?
September 9th, 2006 at 2:22 AM
As far as I can tell Pope the problem was between Patton and Spruance as that’s been hinted at in the interviews I’ve read.
I think back when FNM recorded KFAD with him there was problems, and Patton warned the rest of the band that it wasn’t a good idea to bring him into FNM. I’ve also read Spruance saying that he got messed about big time, and ended up getting charged by their management for equipment he hadn’t bought and basically he got ousted out the band – that surprised me actually. But like with anything there’s probably a lot more to it and how well the other Bungle members got on with each other I don’t know.
September 9th, 2006 at 6:10 AM
Update on the shirts that I bought online, I got them already and they’re exactly like what I remember them being. Pretty cool how fast they came I was surprised. And inexpensive.
I’m in the same boat as Pope and I got all the SC3 albums as well, but I can’t stop listening to the last 2 bungle albums yet to give them a chance. But instantly when I did a first listen I detected the bungle sound that I was searching for when I bought all the other Patton music, Fantomas and the like.
I read an interesting take on them as well, that they’re into some wierd cult. Anybody else heard anything like that about SC3?
September 10th, 2006 at 3:51 AM
Strange that Mark – I thought they got Trey in on Patton’s advice. Having said that there is some footage on Youtube from the KFaD tour in England where the interviewer (Gary Crowley I think) asked how all the guitar players were recruited.
About Jim Martin Billy said
“Well I knew this dick who could play guitar……”
Asked how the guitar player was found for the new album Mike says, “well I knew this dick…….”
Then they both crack up laughing.
But I suppose it tells a story!
Patredux – not got any SC3 yet – I’m still into Lovage and Tomahawk too much!
September 10th, 2006 at 6:36 PM
That`s right, i remember that i readed someday here that Patton was blaming “someone”, givin his version of the big trouble they had for breakin-up, the funny thing is that it seems he didn`t got the guts to call this “responsible” for his usual name, i remember he said things like “it was cuz of this guy who started with the ego`s shit” and etc…, but he never mentioned a simple name..why is that??…… weird uhh??.
I think Bowen is right, i guess he was referin to Spruance, we don`t know what happened, and i never have readed an Spruance version of how things happened, but Patton versions we already have, why??
As i said a long time ago, in the first work of SC3 was performin the entire party of Bungle, except off course Patton, and in the lastest disc, they only appear as “invited guest musicians”, maybe most of them wasn`t interested in SC3 proyect at all, but that doesn`t mean they all didn`t get along each other, so i conclude this whole trouble is between Spruance/Patton only..
Well, if Andy and other guys are only interested in Patton issues, i already know at least u all doesn`t seem to see things that way, am glad for that, i founded a recently short interview of Spruance talkin about descriptions of the Book of truth proyect (the last work we know is book of horizonts in 2004, a great disc as says the Rad dude here, that is only a part of the whole work wich it is Book of truth, something like Peeping Tom`s structure), anyway there u go….
http://www.slashstarhash.com/wordpress/?p=24
I heared about a few weeks ago on my local radio stations that Billy Gould was visitin some countrys here in Southamerica, searchin for good bands from here to recruit them for his Label (Kool Arrow), actually he was here in my country for a few days, am tryin to find any interview that he gave while he was here, well see if i catch something.
September 12th, 2006 at 5:30 AM
Yeah Pope Gary Crowley from that program The Beat – Man I used to watch that all the time – I’ve got that clip on VHS somewhere.
Star man that Spruence interview is … hmmmm interesting, I’ll have to check the cd out.
Ok chaps, on youtube Bungle weird has uploaded FNM playing The World Is Yours way back in ’91 in Rio (y’know that rare track that didn’t make it onto Angel Dust but’s on Who Cares A Lot 2nd disc) – Sorry I had difficulty grabbing the link, but I urge you all to check out this gem.
